Mr. Berger was formerly a partner at Pricewaterhouse Coopers as well as Arthur Andersen. In addition, he was a Senior Manager with Kenneth Leventhal & Co. Prior to joining AXIS, Mr. Berger was a Principal with a nationally recognized financial advisory firm specializing in distressed situations. Mr. Berger has an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and a BA in Economics. In addition, he has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in California since 1984, and also held a California C-53 Contractors License.
